SANDRA’S story
"You’ll know me, God, for who I really am.” Hosea 2:20
I thought I knew God…
When my Bible fell open to Hosea Chapter 2 one day on a beach in South Texas, God called Himself a name I had never heard of “Ishi.” And from that name, He spoke in such passionate terms as if He was wooing a woman into a riveting romance story.
And He was.
He was wooing ME…
He was wooing me, just like He did a wayward woman named Gomer, the wife of Hosea, The Prophet of Love, in a Book written in the 8th Century BC. He (God/Ishi) promised in Hosea 2:20 that when Gomer agrees to marry Him, He will never leave her or let her go. Then and only then, He says to her:
“You’ll know me for who I REALLY am.”
This day began a journey of healing from a lifetime of heartbreak. As a result of what the Lord did for me, I wrote the book and a coaching program, My God My Man. What God has done for me through Hosea, and the understanding of who He really is through the name, Ishi, I know He will do for you.

With a Masters in World Mission & Evangelism from Asbury Theological Seminary, Sandra founded an indigenous ministry in Paris, Kentucky, for women who work with race horses. Over 200 women were housed, healed and helped at Bethlehem Farm and the Center for Women in Racing from 2000-2015.

Sandra began exercising the evangelism side of her Masters degree in 2015 by filling the pulpits of two rural churches in Bourbon County, Kentucky. From there, she went to Christian radio and produced over 1000 LIVE shows every weekday teaching the Bible from 2018-2022.

Sandra was led by the Lord in 2018 to move to a historic horse farm in Woodford County, Kentucky, to live out the message of Hosea 2. It was there she wrote her first book, My God My Man, and a twelve-week interactive discipleship program for women who have suffered from relationship trauma.
